The Music Festival cheerfully opens opportunities for amateur groups of musicians to meet with their audience which sometimes occurs to be their really first and memorable performance while the greatest and reputable musicians will also perform along this magnificent festival.

This year "La Fête de la Musique" will show its gigantic spectacle by encompassing all musical types from all categories of musicians equivalently varied from youths to adults, amateurs to professionals.

From 2 pm, several scenes, several atmospheres, several bands will take over TK Park and the square of Central World: Jazz and ska bands from Silapakorn and Rangsit Universities and many more!

Gong Gong

Gong Gong: © Etienne Audebrand (Collectif NØvØ)After the success of Hightone last year, "La Fête de la Musique" invites an electronic musical group live from the "Nantaise scene": Gong Gong! Gong Gong is undefinable as a group! Signing label with F Com (empirical label of electronic music with Laurent Garnier), Gong Gong is definitely a different and inimitable electro band unlike any others. The stage will be set up with fulling of wires and electronical machines as well as surrounding electronic instruments such as electronical drum, bass and contrabass. Behind the musicians, two cameramen special visual effects will be applied plunge the duo in an unusual and to perform lively scenario space, distorting our audience’s perception that our artists are wandering in an innovative scenography even though they are on stage. With its scenic, audio and visual phenomenon, Gong Gong’s journeys are like particle’s free-movement between the lyrical figures of acoustical music, post- rock unfettered freedom and euphoric spheres of electronic music.
