Georges Rousse has developed a singular and forceful work since the eighties. Blending painting, drawing, sculpture and even architecture, he transforms abandoned spaces before they are demolished, with an ultimate goal to constitute a photographic image. His photographs are a materialisation of his dream as well as his relationship with the Culture of the country he is visiting. They are a memory of both the places and his intervention in the Space.
