The Oriental invites La Tour d’Argent

June 24th - 29th (Oriental Hotel - BTS Saphan Taksin)
Being famous for its either traditional or creative dishes’ finess, the "Tour d’Argent" has illustrated itself, for decades, as one of the most recognized French restaurant in the world. Chefs from "La Tour d'Argent" will participate in "La Fête" by offering a French cuisine week at the Oriental (considered as one of the most famous hotels in the world). They will bring back King Rama V’s menu, tasted during his visit to Paris, more than one hundred years ago, including the famous duck's blood. Subjugated by the Parisian’s speciality at the time, the King brought the recipe back to his palace in Bangkok and further initiated the French gastronomy to Thai people.
