Giant Photography Exhibition at Central WorldThe Wisdoms of Humanity project finds its origin in the immense beauty of the world. Thanks to the collaboration of French photographer Olivier Föllmi, and Danielle Pons-Föllmi, researcher in humanities, pictures and words compose an ode to the world’s boundless treasures. The Wisdoms of Humanity project combines at the same time words of the most brilliant thinkers of the world, and sayings from peoples’ oral heritage. Written by thinkers of all times, each short text, always altruistic and inspiring, tries to answer fundamental questions that are inherent in every human being on the meaning of life. About Wisdoms of Humanity About Wisdoms of Humanity is a seven steps project, from 2003 to 2009. It brings out the treasures of the seven world’s main cultures, personalized through well-known historians and academicians: the world of Asian Buddhism, India and its surroundings, Black Africa, South America, the Far East, the great Middle-East and finally the European zone. It will allow these cultures to meet a worldspread public through international exhibitions and books. The two first "chapters” of this fabulous mosaic have been best-sellers in many countries around the world. La Fête is proud to welcome this new chapter dedicated to Asia. |
